Put your name and date in the upper right hand corner.
Fold your paper in thirds, length wise (hotdog).
Draw a line down the entire left fold.
Write the page numbers and section or lesson number in the top line left of the fold.
Write the lesson title on the top line right of the fold.
Write questions on the left side of the line/fold and the answer on the right side.
Only write on one side of the paper.

Read questions first. Read the questions before reading the text.

Use all the space provided. If several lines are provided, be sure to write enough
to fully answer the question. Be sure to use R.A.D.D. (see above)
Read all possible answers, even if you think you see the correct answer. Put a + if you think it could be correct and - if you think the answer is wrong. Choose the best of the + answers.
For vocabulary questions, put the answer you choose back into the sentences to see that it makes sense.
